    Hello -

I am in the process of booking 2 AA international business class award tickets along with an infant-in-arms and wondering what the policy is? Am I required to pay 10% additional miles or 10% in cash for the infant?

    Thank you.

Hi Tar_00 - I believe that you have to pay 10% of the cash fare, plus any taxes and fees. I don't think AA has changed its policy since this recent post (though it's possible):

If you are booking on AA metal it's 10% of the cash fare on international travel. If you are traveling on EY you will keep getting sent back and forth between EY and AA to ticket the lap child until some one says it's not possible :(.
