If I apply for a United MP Business card in the name of my corporation (of which I am the sole owner and which has a separate EIN), can I credit the corporations miles from that cc account to my PERSONAL United MP account? Or must the FF account be in the name of the CORP?

Welcome @JerryBos - while I don't have that specific card I'm almost positive you'll accrue the miles to your FF number.

What I am concerned about is that the credit card company requires that the FF account to which the miles are credited be in the same name (or have the same EIN/SSN) as the credit card holder.

The corporate credit card will also have your name on it and UA has no idea about your EIN/SSN so name & address is all they can link on.

Now I would be sure that the individual's name on your corporate card matches the name on your UA account. For example if your legal name is Gerald and that's what's on your UA account I would make sure your credit card doesn't say Jerry even if that's what you go by.
