    Hello Travel Gurus

    I am trying to plan a LHR - BLR trip with miles . I have been trying to optimize my miles from different sources strategy and this is what i have landed ( i am pretty sure i need to book this by tonight)

    One way, 2 Passengers :

    LHR --> BOM : Jet Airways Business (D) 130,000 Sky miles + 520$ Fees

    One way, 2 Passengers :

    DEL--> LHR : Virgin Atlantic , Upper Class 75,000 Miles ( will be transferring from MR) + 495$ Fees

    Is this a good use of my miles. I will be booking inter India travel by cash. I cannot avoid the fees because UK!

    Thanks in advance

    That's a lot of points, considering when I picked random dates you can just book a paid business class seat for $1,800 with a quick connection in Paris/Amsterdam, or $2,200 for nonstop.

    I'd probably find a way to pay cash, unless you have a substantial points balance and would rather not have the extra cash outlay...
