Hello all- I am trying to book a flight from Santiago (SCL) to Easter Island (IPC) in January and could use your help. Unfortunately there is no availability with miles per the BA website, so I'm trying to use the trick where you book on the local Latam Chile website for almost half the cost. Problem is for the life of me I can't get it to quote me a biz fare (EF says J available). Even google flights says no biz fares available, but other services like priceline and momondo will quote a fare in USD. I can then link to Latam US site which will quote the fare in USD, but I can't force the chile site to quote me a biz fare at all (says not available). Anybody had any issues with this?

I would be wary of trying to book on the local Chilean website if you are not actually a local resident. I was researching this same trip a couple years ago, and found that the airline strictly enforces the policy. I can't remember if they did it by forcing you to pay via Chilean bank? You may be able to sidestep the whole process by booking through a Chilean travel agency.
