Multi-sector PNR with codeshares - multiple programmes to credit to?

    G'day all,

I am looking at booking a multi-sector PNR via QF with a combo of both QF & AA sectors that can obviously have their frequent flyer points credited wherever I need them to be credited (QFFF or AAdvantage etc), but for the codeshare sectors that are with AC (I know - weird, huh? QF sell them though); can these be retroactively (or otherwise) credited to an appropriate separate programme? e.g. Avianca LifeMiles or United Mileage Plus? I rarely mix alliances within one PNR!

    Cheers!

I know that one time I had a single PNR with 3 segments on DL and one on AA. I was able to retroactively call and get the one AA segment credited to my AA account.

Tell the gate agents you want to update your FFN - they should be able to. If not, keep all your boarding passes and such and claim credit after the flight.
