I have a trip planned to Israel for the 3rd-11th of June. I am visiting Tel Aviv for Pride and spending my first two nights in Jerusalem just to get a quick visit in. With the current situation I am debating canceling the whole thing and going somewhere else. I know you travel non-stop etc do you think there is a real safety risk or is anxiety and "what if's" getting the best of me?

Obviously it is a volatile time to visit Jerusalem, but I wouldn't be overly concerned with traveling there now as long as you are conscious and smart about where you are. The State Department has issued warnings, but nothing more serious than they have the last decade for travel to that area.

Only you can decide if you're comfortable traveling! I tend to also consider how my loved ones back home would feel if they knew I was traveling to a dangerous area. A couple days in Jerusalem, just to say 'hey, I was there,' might not be worth the stress and anxiety we cause our loved ones to feel back home.
