What's the best credit card for an 18 year old student with no credit history?

    Im an 18 year old at USC, have no credit history
    Currently an authorised user on my parents' credit cards
    I wanna earn miles and travel
    WHat credit card should I get???

    You'll want to look at no annual fee cards like the Citi Preferred, Chase Freedom/Freedom Unlimited, AX Everyday etc. All of these will earn points that can be converted to travel in the future as well as build your credit history over time. You'll want to get Chase products first.

    Other than that, be patient and do a lot of reading about your future options :)

    And it goes without saying that it’s important to keep your available credit utilization rate low and pay on time in order to establish a good credit score.
