I try to book the following flight using Alaska miles, I can see the seat available for each individual segment on, but the combination does not show up if choose multi-city and put all fights together. I called Alaska airline call center, two agents all told me they are only able to book what-every flight combination shown on the website. Is it true, or should I HUCA? Anyone can help me here, appreciated.

    Here is my route
    10/11 From NAS-MIA-BOS on AA4322 & AA1074
stop over in Boston for two nights
    10/13 FROM BOS-LAX-SJC on AA338 & AS 3310
all flight are in biz/first besides as 3310 is in ecn

Definitely HUCA. If the flights are showing individual availability (and they're allowable combinations, which these seem to be), I don't understand why AK isn't able to book them. I regularly have to feed the AK agents individual flights for international award combinations that don't even appear on their website and I haven't yet had any problems getting the awards.

I completely agree with Michael M. Once you find that special (& knowledgeable) agent, you'll be happy that you didn't give up.
