Chase Business card

I am thinking about applying for the Chase Ink business card. I have never applied for a business card before and am a little apprehensive. We have a rental property that we took over managing a few months ago. Do you think this will qualify me for the card? I have several Chase cards, but no new cards from any bank in over two years. My credit score is around 825.

If I apply for the card, how should I answer the annual business revenue question? Renal amount * 12, or rental amount * (months that we have been managing)? I assume I can't consider the Years in Business from the date we started renting and used a property manager?

Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for the help!

You can apply for the card with the rental property as your business.

Rental *12 is fine - that's your expected annual income.

If you set up a new business entity when you started managing the property, then use that date as the years in business. If the business entity has not changed, but is only changing hands, then you can use the longer period.

Thanks for the info. I'll go ahead and apply for the card today then. Even with the rental property business...I'm still a little nervous about talking to them on the phone. Hopefully I won't have to.

That was quite painless. I applied yesterday, and today the application status check changed to Approved :)
