If you have flown on Qatar Airways in business class, what seats have you flown in and what were your opinions on it? I'm flying 4 segments with Qatar in early 2018, MIA-DOH-AKL, AKL-DOH-DFW, all of which are on 777 aircraft. I keep changing my seats on a weekly basis because I'm so indecisive.

I'm assuming you mean what position within the cabin? Lucky likes to sit in the back row, from what I've read.

I've not flown on Qatar but I generally prefer to be in the middle of the cabin so there's easier access to the bathrooms at either end and yet I'm not near the bathroom and its traffic. If the seats are 2-2-2 and I'm traveling alone I prefer the middle but if I'm traveling with someone I prefer the sides.

Have you read Lucky's review of the QR B777?

I would say what seat is best depends if you are traveling with somebody or are flying alone?

If you traveling with somebody you know well and is willing to climb over each other any seat pair will. If traveling alone or is unwilling/unable climb over your travel companion the center seats E/F is the way to go.

As for which seat row, while all the seats are the similar when it comes to space I would say avoid the first and last row in the cabins due to possible noise/light from the galley on general principle.

Avoid the 4 row windows seats due to missing windows.

Also note the bassinet in economy row 10 E/F/G, since there would only be a curtain separating this front the mini cabin I would avoid the mini cabin if I could.

While my memory is a bit hazy on QR boarding procedures, in the mini cabin you also presumably have all of Y walking past you during boarding from a gate..

Since I don't like climbing over people my preferred seats would be 2 E/F or 3 E/F.

I am traveling alone, and I am normally an aisle seat person. The galleys don't usually bother me. So I might change it up on my first two flights and then since my returns are a month later, choose whichever I liked better.
