    Hello, everyone!

As a Baltimore native headed to Fort Lauderdale for the holiday season, I couldn't help but notice a disturbing change on BWI's Wikipedia page. If Wikipedia is to be believed, JetBlue is cancelling flights from BWI to both Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Orlando (MCO) airport, leaving Boston (BOS) as their sole destination from BWI. Digging a bit deeper, I found that JetBlue is shifting many destinations from their hub at FLL. They are cancelłing flights from FLL to Baltimore (BWI), Cleveland (CLE), Detroit (DTW), Long Beach (LGB), and Pittsburgh (PIT). They are replacing these slots with new flights from FLL to Grand Cayman (GCM), Guayaquil (GYE), Phoenix (PHX), and St. Maarten (SXM), as well as a seasonal flight to Hayden/Steamboat Springs (HDN). Many of these cancellations will be occuring over the first few days of the new year, with the new flights quickly taking their place.

Any reason for the shift? Is it low yields, or perhaps the beginning of a shift in business strategy at FLL from domestic to international?
