Ben wont issue refund

    My flight from LAX-NADI return was cancelled by the airline. I had booked it business class and it was one way tickets booked from American Airlines and Air New Zeland. Both airlines i contacted directly and have said tickets are refundable as per DOT policy. However is giving me the run around and only issuing travel credit. The Air New Zeland travel credit expires Dec 31, 2020. I have emails from them saying they need a "auth" code when the airline is saying all they have to do is call the support desk and it will be refundable. Do I have any other options ?

    Chris Elliott's site has contacts for They suggest you write a brief, polite email to the first contact name on the list and only move to the next name on the list if you don't receive a reply in an acceptable amount of time.
