Great Fares / Hot Deals Programs that finds errors in ticket prices

    Hello Lucky,

    i just read an article about you. You mentioned that there are some programs available for finding errors in fights reservation system. Are those programs illegal? Could you please write me some examples?

    @Paula -- We have no idea what they are talking about in that article. That's not something we've ever done, and we don't know where they got that info from. Sorry to not be of more help!

    Been a while since I read the article, but I think it said something about the more hardcore and very computer savvy members crating scripts/programs like this. Ben and company was not mentioned.

    Programs like this is in general not illegal to use, but you might need access to booking systems that travel agents use to run some of the searches. You are very unlikely too find this kind of software just lying around on the open internet. Invites only forums or websites I would imaging.

    Word of warning if you create or get hold of something like this that goes directly to airline websites rather that than paid travel industry systems, searching too heavily might get your IP-address banned.
