    Hi Lucky,

    I'm trying to redeem Avios on TAM's upcoming YYZ-JFK route. The search result on BA website shows available, but when I proceed to pay for the flight, it gives me an error saying no more seats available. Is this really the case and the website is not displaying the inventory correctly?

    @ Sandy -- Could go either way. Could be an IT glitch or could just be phantom space. If you call you should be able to find out for sure.
