I'd like Lucky to write an article on how the Big US3 stack up.
    • AA has been bashed one time too many for not respecting either its customers or its stakeholders, and for giving exceptionally bad onboard service (both on the infamous 737 MAX and through its ridiculously rude staff).
    • DL excels wherever AA doesn't: the best onboard product of any American carrier (after B6 Mint, of course!), with courteous service. Delta's problem is different: unlike American, which does not give a f*** about airlines from the Arabian peninsula, DL is the ringleader of the Emirates-Airline-and-Qatar-Airways-are-evil camp (given that Etihad is completely insignificant and will be so for the foreseeable future). This is reason enough to avoid DL for many.
    • UA simply combines the worst aspects of AA and DL. While not as terrible as AA's service, United's service—domestically, at least—is never pleasurable. Plus you have Scott Kirby, who sees spreadsheets where people are supposed to be.
Completely optional: I'd also like him to write a line or two about—the crappy QR Privilege Club aside—how Qatar Airways is THE BEST airline in the WORLD (with THE BEST longhaul business class product [the Qsuite] and THE BEST shorthaul J/F product in the world). Tongue firmly in cheek, of course! :)

I know. I'd like all that to be shown in one thread for comparing the three airlines, and how QR beats them hollow. I read the articles you cites many times ober the course of months on end—that's how I came to know of the situation!
