    Hi there,

I'm a consultant who lives in Chicago and subsequently has EP status with American due to how much my job travels (/traveled during the before times). It was nice that American extended status to 2021, but it seems like I've been reading a lot that American is moving away from wanting to cater to the business traveler/frequent flyer (not that their benefits have always been the best). Like I said, I'm based out of Chicago so I have United and American plus somewhat everyone else, but I have been back and forth about making a switch. I can't say my experience with United here has been fantastic either (not the worst, just a few extended delays), and I feel like changing to a non-hub'd airline like Delta would be a mistake. Also, I do travel internationally so that is important as well. Should I switch?

    Thanks.
